Nebbiolo is a wine grape that is mostly found in northwestern Italy. These grapes that is used to make Barbaresco and Barolo wine and is one of the best wine varieties in north west Italy. In this case to make Valdiana, the Nebbiolo grapes are used in purity. This wine has a natural attractive scent, a great amount of earthy flavors, higher acidity, and an attractive light red color that goes perfectly well with any traditional earthy food from north of Italy, such as aged cheeses, cured meats and stuffed pastas.
Nebbiolo is grown traditionally only in Piedmont Italy and it it part of the Italian agricultural heritage. It has already proven much potential for production of this high quality wine.
