La Lanterna was born in Liguria in 1955 as a small artisanal workshop. After a few years, the founders decided to go back to their roots and moved back to Emilia Romagna, to an area located between the cities of Bologna, Modena and Ferrara. La Lanterna quickly became a leader in the egg pasta production business. Thanks to their deep know-how and advanced technology, they are able to provide high quality standards to consumers and can assure a strict application of the general regulation on food safety.
