The Podere della Bruciata is located in Tuscany, in the typical countryside landscape surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, vegetable gardens, wheat and truffle fields. The agricultural activity started in 1994, while the touristic activity began in 2001 after the purchase of the farmhouse in Chiusi. The producers are paying great attention to the quality of their products, all produced respecting the nature and following organic procedures.
Their range of products includes all the products from the Tuscan tradition: extra virgin olive oil, wine, grappa and products from the field such as hulled wheat, lentils, pasta and Tuscan soup.
