We made this lovely Pesche Sciroppate tart with this product that we are testing for you. Pesche sciroppate are Italian traditional preserved peaches that can be used for high quality patisserie. And they are ideal for custard tart like the one in the pictures below. The peach slices can be used as toppings but they also be baked together with the dough of other cake styles if necessary. In this case we make a short crust pastry for the base. Then we added a ricotta and custard cream topped with peach slices. We also reused the syrup of the peaches and making it into a gelatin that went on top of the peaches.
