IGP stands for indicazione geografica tipica or Protected Geographical Indication which is given in europe to certain food product that can meet their labeling standard. Modena Balsamic Vinegar IGP  is the smaller brother of the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena (dop) and it is aged for a minimum of 2 months in ash barrels. It is normally made with a blend of balsamic vinegar of different ages. It is perfect for everyday use, especially on salad and cooked vegetables.
