Primitivo Wine Puglia IGP

Category: Tags: ,

Description

This wine is made in a local vineyard at Gioia del Colle, in the province of Bari, in the Italian region of Puglia. Red in color, full-bodied, with a mature red fruits scent, this wine is suited for rich meals and it has an alcoholic strength of 14% vol. The grapes are manually harvested in crates; the peel is macerated with the must for 4-5 days, pressed with wooden press, refined for one year inside inox steel barrels and then bottled. The wine is free of added substances to get a product ready in a short time. Moreover, it is not filtered to preserve intact the taste of the product, even if it may occasionally happen to find some deposits at the bottom of the bottle.

It is recommended to uncork the wine at least half an hour before serving and to pour it carefully.

Ideal serving temperature is 18°-20°.

The producer is looking for wholesale importers in Australia, North America, South Africa, Japan and Australia as well as France, Spain, Germany and Russia.
