These Italian summer truffle slices are processed with high quality single origin truffles without the addition of any preservatives. The product is processed in Modena Italy using only peanut oil and salt. It can be used as fresh truffles as the preservation method keep the aroma and the fragrance.  Each jar contains 35 grams of truffles. The product is available wholesale for restaurant and deli.
