From the heart of Valpolicella this dessert red wine is made with 70% Veronese Corvina grapes, 50% Rondinella and the remaining 5% of Molinara. Harvested in the traditional manner, the grapes are then placed in wooden crates and then left to dry until January, when they are pressed in a soft way. The must undergoes the process of fermentation in suitable containers for another 15 days.
The wine is deliciously sweet with a hint of cherries and other red berries and it achieves 15-16 alcoholic degree from the high content of sugars of the aged raisins .
It is recommended to accompany biscuits, sweet pastry with dried fruits and aged cheeses. We suggest to serve at a temperature of about 13 ° C
