This great Scilian red wine once traditionally made only by Frappato grapes, is nowadays a blend of 50%Frappato and 50% of the world famous Nero d’Avola.
Its typical lighter red colour makes it recognizable among all others red wines. The perfume reminds a hint of flowers and fruits, and the flavour is gentle and harmonious. Best served at 13-15°C, recommended for cheese dishes, cold cuts, elaborate pasta and risotti but also great with white meats and seasoned fishes.
